Building on his over 15 years in Sales, Marketing and Management within both private and corporate businesses, Russell has learned how client experience is central to the advice process, and able to deliver real value.
During his career as a business consultant first, and later as a sales representative and manager, Russell has discovered the power of building strong relationships and continually looking for improvements to better his clients' experience.
He has naturally combined these strengths into his adviser role, striving to make a difference to both people and businesses. "Working with a professional in the area of personal and business risk gives you the certainty that all elements of risk are considered, analysed, and managed," says Russell.
But there's more to Russell than just great advice. A husband and father, Russell describes himself as an 'active relaxer' who doesn't like to sit still. You may find him in the great outdoors (mountain-biking or snowboarding) or on a football field (coaching, refereeing or managing one of the boys' teams). Or if he's not on the trails in Rotorua, you'd probably catch him doing some sort of DIY project at home, or tinkering in the garage.
