Holly Spiers, Client Servicing Team Leader

With a natural knack for insurance and a deeply instilled passion for helping others, Holly is a pillar of Advice4Life. She’s not just a financial adviser, but a great trainer, a guide, and an empathetic ear for our team.

Holly’s first steps into the insurance sector began with fire and general insurance at FMG, where she worked as a client service consultant. Joining Advice4Life in 2020, she brought her tireless work ethic and a drive to empower Kiwis’ financial journey. Rapidly expanding her skill set, Holly obtained her Level 5 qualification in Financial Services, and her role quickly evolved from there.

What started as a support position servicing the advisers transitioned into a more dynamic role, where she assists the director with his clients and ensures the client servicing adviser team continues to provide a high standard of service to their clients. She does all this while keeping an eye on her main goals: to help clients grasp the importance of their coverage and how it secures their future.

So, what does she love the most about her role? “The diversity. Every day offers a different challenge, a different opportunity to help clients understand their insurance better, allowing them to make informed decisions about their future,” Holly says. “And the beauty of insurance support and advice? It's seeing people recognise the long-term significance of their decisions, even when they can’t immediately see the benefits. That’s incredibly rewarding.”

When the work week comes to a close, Holly trades the hustle and bustle of daily life with the serenity of the great outdoors. Joined by her partner and their young children, she’s on a mission to explore new tracks and immerse herself in the beauty of nature whenever possible.

“My goal is to help clients grasp the importance of their coverage and how it secures their future.”
