Joining the Advice4Life team in April 2023, Fiona brought with her over a decade’s worth of banking experience, having worked her way up from a teller to a senior personal banker, and eventually transitioning into business banking for ANZ. 

Fiona’s path was not a straight one, but each turn offered a new perspective, an additional string to her bow, and a deeper understanding of people’s needs when it comes to protecting what they value most. And amid the changing landscape of her career, one constant remained – Fiona’s passion for insurance.

Throughout her banking career, she’s witnessed first-hand the importance of having the right level of cover. “I take great pride in meeting new people and ensuring they have a plan in place that suits them, offering protection against the unforeseen,” Fiona says. “Each client that comes my way deserves empathy, integrity, and care.” 

It’s a commitment that she took to heart and fuels her work at Advice4Life. Her role extends beyond client servicing: it’s about standing shoulder to shoulder with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance and making sure they feel secure with their plan. 

Away from spreadsheets and policies, Fiona switches gears to enjoy quality time with her husband and two daughters. An adventurer at heart, she loves exploring new places with her family and immersing herself in different cultures.
