Glen De Manuel,
Financial Adviser
Based in Wellington, Glen De Manuel has worked across finance and mortgage roles for more than a decade, including time as an accountant and auditor. For the past three years, he’s been helping clients secure home loans and lending solutions that suit their goals — whether they’re buying their first home, building, refinancing, or investing.
Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and the Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Property Lending Strand). His clients appreciate his calm presence, straightforward communication, and focus on long-term support, especially when navigating a process that can often feel overwhelming.
“What I really enjoy is helping people take that first step, especially when they’re not sure where to start,” he says. “It’s rewarding to turn something that feels complicated into a plan that actually makes sense.”
Outside the office, Glen enjoys spending time with family and friends. He’s also an active part of his local Catholic church, where he regularly plays piano during Sunday Mass.
Glen works alongside his wife Maria, an insurance adviser at Advice4Life. Together, they enjoy helping clients feel more confident about their financial future. He values the culture of trust and collaboration at Advice4Life, where advisers work together to support each other and deliver great results for clients. “It’s a team that looks out for one another and always puts clients first, and that makes a real difference.”

“There’s something powerful about helping someone take that first step, especially when they didn’t think it was possible. That’s the part of this job I never take for granted.”
